Christopher Cooke
From Sustainability to Regeneration
Christopher Cooke is a seasoned change leader and regenerative systems thinker who has spent over three decades helping people, organisations, and landscapes evolve toward a more balanced and thriving future.
As the founder of 5 Deep, a UK-based consultancy exploring how real change happens—deeply, lastingly, and across all levels of life—Christopher works with everyone from farmers and businesses to educators and public leaders. His goal? To help people move beyond short-term sustainability and into long-term regeneration—where communities, nature, and livelihoods can all flourish together.
He is a certified Field Professional with the Savory Institute, a global leader in land restoration, and co-founded 3LM, the UK and Ireland hub for Holistic Management—a powerful framework for regenerating land, livelihoods, and leadership.
Christopher has helped develop Bart, an ecological monitoring tool now used across four continents to track and support ecosystem health. He’s also worked globally—from revitalising medical institutions in the U.S. to rethinking farming after drought in Australia, and training coaches and leaders across Asia and Europe.
But his passion lies here—locally—helping communities like Wells rise to the challenges of our time by reconnecting with what truly matters: healthy soil, clean water, strong relationships, resilient food systems, and a deeper sense of belonging.
If you’ve ever felt that “something needs to change” but weren’t sure what or how, Christopher’s talk will offer fresh insight, practical steps, and an invitation to imagine and co-create a regenerative future—starting right here, together.
