Heads Up Somerset is a mental health and well-being charity that offers a range of therapeutic activities, including gardening, creative arts, pottery, woodwork and cookery. In the garden areas, there are raised beds, a greenhouse, polytunnel and pond and wildlife area as well as a vegetable and herb garden, which they utilise in their cooking sessions. Their aim is to the improve mental health and well-being of adults through empowerment, support, creativity and hope.
